Elizabeth Garlow

Elizabeth is a community-builder, investment strategist, and writer focused on the intersection of spirituality, investing, and economic systems change. She currently serves on the Stewardship Committee for the Catholic Impact Investing Collaborative. Previously, she co-founded the Francesco Collaborative to advance the vision of Pope Francis’ Economy of Francesco movement through the lens of investments with faith-based institutions. Prior to launching Francesco Collaborative, Elizabeth led impact investing for Lumina Foundation and managed community development initiatives under President Obama. Elizabeth is currently a fellow at New America and is combining research and practice to collaboratively advance the impact investing journeys of congregations of women religious. She is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and holds an MPA from Princeton University. In 2019, she was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Dominical School of Philosophy and Theology for her work with the Economy of Communion and Economy of Francesco initiatives to build a more just economy.

Anne Hatch

Anne serves as Co-Lead of Community Accompaniment and Operations for CIIC. She specializes in developing multi-year roadmaps, building integrated planning systems, and optimizing performance through data-informed decision-making. She is Co-Director of Hatch & Hatch Consulting, with expertise in strategic planning and operations. She holds a BA in Psychology from York University.

Bill Hatch

Bill serves as Co-Lead of Community Accompaniment and Operations for CIIC. From venture capital and energy projects with BW Group in Singapore to parish and retreat ministry in Toronto, his career bridges finance and faith. He is Co-Director of Hatch & Hatch Consulting. A CFA Charterholder, he holds a BA in East Asian Studies from Yale and chairs the Jesuits of Canada’s Investment Committee.

Kelli Reagan Hickey

Kelli serves as Thought Leadership and Formation Steward for CIIC. Concurrently, she leads programming in education and formation for the Francesco Collaborative. Previously, Kelli was a Research Associate for the University of Notre Dame’s Institute for Social Concerns, where she fell in love with Catholic Social Teaching and the way it inspires a faith that seeks justice. With Clemens Sedmak, she is co-author of the book Counting the Cost: Financial Decision-Making, Discipleship, and Christian Living. She holds a BA in economics from Yale University and completed her graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. She serves on the board of directors for the National Institute for Ministry with Young Adults and the advisory council for Notre Dame's Institute for Social Concerns and McGrath Institute for Church Life.
